Bubba Hogan is a husband to Amy, father of five, and a 25-year law enforcement veteran who traded handcuffs for handshakes. Today he's an entrepreneur, sales coach, and the 2025 Top Frog Pond Contractor of the Year, helping trade professionals overcome pricing fear, scale their operations, and sell with confidence.
Bob Turner
With over 20 years of experience as a general contractor, Bob brings a rare, grounded perspective to coaching—infusing lessons learned on job sites with high-performance principles tested in elite sports and business. Bob is a six-time Ironman and marathon finisher, and a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and leaders across the country.
