By purchasing a ticket to The Builders Table — Nashville 2027, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase a ticket or attend the event.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, or change of mind.

Ticket price does not include travel, lodging, transportation, or any expense other than what is explicitly listed for your ticket type.

If The Builders Table cancels the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket purchase. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.

You may transfer your ticket to another attendee. To do so, notify us in writing with the new attendee's name and email so we can update check-in. You are responsible for arranging any payment for the transfer with that person directly.

Each person occupying a seat at the event must hold their own ticket.

Event details — including speakers, schedule, venue, and program — are subject to change without notice.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to weather, acts of God, venue issues, or any other cause beyond our control, your ticket transfers to the new date. No refund will be issued for a postponement or rescheduling.

If the event is moved to a new venue within the Nashville area, your ticket remains valid and no refund will be issued.

You attend the event at your own risk. The Builders Table, its hosts, speakers, coaches, staff, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, or incident that occurs before, during, or after the event.

You are responsible for your own belongings, conduct, travel, and well-being while attending.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise harmful to the event or its attendees. No refund will be issued in such cases.

The views, advice, and opinions expressed by hosts, speakers, and coaches are their own and are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing shared at the event constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

The Builders Table, Bob Turner, Bubba Hogan, and any guest speakers or coaches are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on event content.

You are solely responsible for how you apply anything you learn and for the outcomes in your business.

The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant The Builders Table and its partners the right to use any images, video, or audio of you captured at the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without further consent or compensation.

All event materials, presentations, frameworks, and content are the property of The Builders Table, Bob Turner, and Bubba Hogan, or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, or resell event content without written permission.

The Builders Blueprint and any worksheets or materials you receive are for your personal use only.

The Friday, January 29 Super VIP mastermind is a separate experience held at a private lodge near Murfreesboro, TN. Participation is limited to confirmed Super VIP ticket holders only.

Transportation assistance may be available but is not guaranteed. Travel and lodging for the mastermind are not included. The format, timing, and location are subject to change at the hosts' discretion.
